The Bath Works in Southbourne were recommended to us by Adam Moss-Holland so we made an appointment with Lee in the store to talk about some initial designs etc. There are lots of displays in the store to give you some ideas and Lee’s excellent ideas, advice and guidance over the course of a number of design reviews enabled us to take a very old fashioned, dated, dark bathroom into a contemporary, light and fully functional smart tech enabled bathroom which has made a massive difference to us and our home. We had one very minor issue with the Aqualisa Smart shower post installation which Lee dealt with brilliantly and he even delivered a spare part from Aqualisa to our home himself on a Saturday afternoon that’s great Customer Service for you! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for helpful sound product knowledge and design advice, plus they are nice easy to deal with genuine people which is a great bonus. The install was done by Adam (AMH Bathrooms) and you can see a review of that on Google reviews complete with some before and after images.

Mr & Mrs Holland:- We have just had our bathroom totally refitted, designed by Rien who has been wonderful, helping us choose all the fittings to our liking and requirements. Everything thing was really good quality especially our beautiful new bath we chose. Nothing has been too much for her to sort out for us and answered all our queries with patience and professionalism. As for our fitter Piotr Stando, well I don’t know where to start. Always on time, polite, quiet, a complete pleasure to have working for us. He worked endlessly over just over two weeks, his workmanship is perfection and overcame a few problems which weren’t easy for him. I wanted a new en-suite shower room, I had a clear vision of what I wanted but needed help putting it together so, off I went to The Bath Works at New Milton. It was my good fortune to meet Rien who had all the experience in bathrooms design. Together we came to our final design which I viewed on an AI virtual reality system, what an experience. Rien also recommended a tiler who could do the difficult job I wanted, Peter. What a man, Peter Stando from ABS was from another planet, his work and persistence to perfection was inspiring, nothing was a problem, like Rien problems were minor hitches to be solved before they happened. I definitely had the best team. When Peter finished the heated floor, shower, tiling, loo and cabinet Rien the contacted the glass wall specialist, within no time measurements and instillation was finished. What a shower room what an experience what a fantastic shower. Thank you Bath Works, thank you Peter, thank you Rien.

Rien and the team at The Bath Works in New Milton, provided a fantastic service and we are really pleased with our new cloakroom, bathroom and two en suite shower rooms. The project felt daunting at the start, but it was an enjoyable process to redesign these rooms with Rien who couldn't have been more helpful or thoughtful supporting with layout solutions and specification choices. The team have also been very kind to source parts that got misplaced by our plumber.
